01About
10 years making UAE and GCC operations measurable.
I've spent my career between finance, supply chain and systems: planning cycles, KPI reporting, EDI and ERP flows, and the audit work that keeps them clean. My best work happens where a manual process meets a deadline, and I get to replace the spreadsheet scramble with something that runs on its own.
I studied Mathematics and Computer Science, and I still think like both: get the logic right, then make it fast.

The bakery I run on the side.
Always Bready is my home bakery in Discovery Gardens, baking pandesal and Filipino filled breads for the local Filipino community. Soft tangzhong dough, a cheese streusel that stays moist, and captions in proudly sarcastic Taglish.
It's also where I test my own playbook on a real business: pricing, demand, inventory and the ordering system I built for it.
